Karen is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, an NLP Practitioner and holds a British Psychological Society Level B+ qualification.  She draws on her 25 years' experience in HR to ensure people get the right advice that's right for them.

Karen explains: "Our strength lies in managing the more difficult HR issues such as investigating potential Employment Tribunal Claims, employee grievances etc.  Many clients turn to us for the professional, discrete support and impartiality that's required to reach the right conclusion for everyone involved.  Clients may hand the entire process over to us and we conduct it on their behalf, ensuring compliance with the ACAS Code of Practice".

Mediating relationships is another area of expertise, "Neither party enjoys going to Employment Tribunal so we work to avoid this by rebuilding bridges wherever possible, or if the relationship has irretrievably broken down, we negotiate a solution that works for everyone".

Helping individuals when they are faced with difficulties at work is close to Karen's heart, "We spend so much time at work, it is important that we are happy there.  When people are faced with uncertainty - they may be on notice of redundancy, facing action over a performance or disciplinary issue or may feel that they have been treated unfairly - they can rely on us for practical advice and support".



Michael, a member of IOSH since 1992, is a passionate Health, Safety and Environmental professional with a proactive approach.  self motivated individual that is results focused and has the ability to provide advice and support at all levels of the business.  

Michael's 24 years experience in Health & Safety has been in manufacturing industries (motor and food). He helps clients to find solutions quickly that are practical and cost effective.  His successes include accident reduction, claims premium reduction and the development of systems that are integrated into companies processes which ensure long term sustainable success.

Nicola works as HR Adviser at HR Vision and has over 15 year’s experience in Human Resources.

She is very organised, detail-oriented and is used to working in demanding environments under high pressure.  She is an HR Generalist, having gained experience in many business areas including Catering, Security, Oil and Construction covering all areas of HR.  Nicola has a pragmatic approach to people management.  Her strengths are in employee engagement, employee relations and process improvement.
