Recently, I found myself in a situation where, when seeking promotion within my industry, I was lacking in many of the interview skills required nowadays.

Karen at HR Vision was fantastic.  She helped me to identify the best way of promoting my skill sets and how to structure my answers during interview so that I could clearly communicate what I had to offer - without the waffle!
